Sale Preparation:
Around two weeks before a sale, we bring in our experienced team to clean and organize every item in the sale. Our team creates beautiful displays full of all the items to be sold. We like to say that it is set up to look like a boutique or a nicely decorated home. There is the potential to find personal items or valuable items that were not previously mentioned. It is our promise to you that we will discuss these finds and get your permission first, before they are put up for sale. We use all available areas in the home for display, any additional tables, table cloths and display will be provided by our company.

Fees:
Our Company does not require any money upfront. We work on a percentage of sales that we deduct in the end. You will receive an itemized inventory of everything sold and the price for which it sold. Our percentages are the best around.

Advertising & Promotion:
We Advertise the Estate sale using numerous different avenues to include; Advertising on our website via our large database of names and emails of folks that have signed up to be on our list. Advertising on the estate sale websites as a "Gold Member". Promotions through Facebook and other social media. Producing and distributing flyers with information and pictures of the sales. Extensive posting of "Estate Sale" signs.
Pricing of Sale Items:
We price all sale items using our vast experience. When needed, we research items on different internet sites. If we find items of potential value that are not within our expertise, we may choose to hire an outside appraiser at our expense. Our clients input regarding the value of specific items is always considered!
